Finding Balance

We are all so different, yet we need the same thing. Life can be overwhelming and stressful. We get too caught up in future plans that we lose sight of the present. Seeking balance needs to become a priority. I personally have a busy work schedule, but still find time to kill it on the gym. Today I finally had a day off from work! Tuesday’s are my cardio days, but I decided to give my mind and body some rest. I was restless all day and still let myself take two naps. I ate some pizza and still stuck to drinking a gallon of water. Looking back on today I can see how important balance is. I first learned this concept from the person who inspired me to become a personal trainer and live a healthier lifestyle. Jen (my first PT) was always telling me to find balance. Well, I get it now Jen!! lol Give and take each day to see where your mind, body and soul feel most peaceful. I am telling you….it is a game changer!! It all comes back to taking care of YOU. I hope this inspires you to dance while meal prepping, smile while finishing your last set, and….of course….eating some pizza on your day off!
